Zumba® speaks for itself, but if you insist on a description, we’ll say it’s a hot, energetic Latin-based dance fitness class featuring world beats, Hip hop, Pop, Merengue, Reggaetón, Salsa and more. An effortless way to get and stay in shape, each instructor adds their own style, but one thing never changes…your body looks hot!

The One Stop Body Shock® is a 50-minute class that encompasses Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance. An intense full body workout for participants of all levels, this workout changes every 6 to 9 minutes, targeting all muscle groups. Results are fast and lasting.

Burn up to 500 calories per hour while sculpting hard to reach muscles all the while pretending your lead drummer in your favorite rock band. Using Ripstix®—lightly weighted drumsticks—POUND® is a full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired moves.
