Personal training is the most individualized and customized form of guided exercise. Weekly weigh in and measurements are optional, especially for those with weight loss objectives. Personal training includes warm-up, work out and cool down! Other options include Food Journal Review and Heart Rate Monitor Tracking. You’re guaranteed to have the same trainer for every session as well as the entire personal training space all to yourself. The space holds anywhere from 1-4 people and 30 to 60-minute training sessions are available.

Several years ago, for Mother’s Day my husband and kids gave me a gift of personal training sessions with Shannon, Founder and Owner of FITmixx. It had an enormous impact on my life. It was the gift of focusing on ME: my goals, my time, my body. I started to see physical changes. I started to see emotional changes. I started sleeping better, laughing more, stressing less. For me, fitness is about feeling healthy, feeling good in my skin and being stronger (so I can carry all the grocery bags in one trip). It’s about being able to play basketball with my kids and run around with my dog. It’s about being healthier as I get older. It’s also about having fun. Fun? Yes, it can be fun! Today, I’m a Personal Trainer and instructor certified in FITour, BollyX and Jillian Michaels Shred. I’ve been on both sides of the Bosu Ball!
